Tribes & Cultures:

Tribes and Cultures are continuing to be of higher interest to people who want to create broad communities. The foundation to the process of creating Tribes and Cultures comes from recognition, but setting up the basic framework for the tribal communications, decision making, and legal systems is essential to building the stability to eventually gain the recognition that one is looking.  Tribes are really a subset of Cultures, and for people who would like to build cultural recognition, typically it would take multiple tribes or tribal communities to give enough substantial recognition to the basics of the overall culture that connects the various communities and tribes involved. Typically this would only be of interest to primary community leaders, people involved in large communities, and other interested parties who need to be more than a simple organization.
