Social Welfare Organization – Social Welfare Organizations, or 501c4s are very typical, and can be somewhat involved in political activities, as opposed to 501c3s.  If you are interested in a sponsored Social Welfare organization, please note that it could take a few months to a few years to get set up and finalized, although we would be able to get you a bank account within a few weeks, and may be able to do it sooner depending on the circumstances. There may be some additional costs to sponsor this type legal entity, and would cost a % of total cash flow that would still need to be determined.
