A Cyber Organization is a non-jurisdictional organization that exists only utilizing internet resources. This would mean that it could ONLY have cyber currencies for its budget, including BTC and other tokens. Cyber organizations can be completely human based just like a normal partnership or corporation, it simply doesn’t have to register within a government jurisdiction to operate because of the new technologies available in “cyber space”.  Cyber organization also can be automated and turned into Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), but that is simply a type of Cyber organization is is not necessary for people just starting to get involved in cyber organizing.
