Trusts:

Trusts are one of the most used type of organization for people with wealth and money, but they are becoming more popular among businesses, as well as people understanding their utility for normal citizens with smaller amounts of money.  There are dozens of different types of trusts, but they all use the same formula, instead of the investors having shares and getting the benefits of the profits, there are no investors and instead they donate the funds, and the beneficiaries are separate from the donors, but the organization is run by people or a person who are not the beneficiaries. An easy example of this is a 501c3 public charity, all of which are a form of Trust. Donors give money to the charity, the charity has a public benefit purpose, and based on the set purpose the beneficiaries receive support and programing, weather it is homelessness, or the environment, the beneficiaries receive benefits, but they do NOT control the organization. Trust function the same exact way, except you can have private beneficiaries that don’t benefit the public like a 501c3 does. Creating a trust is very easy, but there are dozens of different purposes and models to do so, and it really depends on how you write up agreements. Our umbrella trust structure allows for the most flexible possible use of a trust, for almost anything. Trusts are a great organizational form for individuals, families, communities, and many other types of communal ownership or even public benefit programs.
