LLC – A Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a basic partnership structure, but with liability protections so that the owners are not direct responsible for losses. LLCs can directly own assets including other companies and partnerships.  LLCs are much simpler than a corporation, as they are directly owned as equity by the individuals or organizations that own them. LLCs are typically taxed the same as partnerships, where each individual or company receives a K-1 at the end of the year which is added to your own personal or company taxes. The cost to sponsor a LLC would be a maximum of $15/month plus a % cash flow you would determine yourself.
